TechStriker is looking for a highly motivated Senior Email Marketing Executive to lead and execute result-driven email campaigns for our global clients. If you are passionate about performance marketing, automation, and team collaboration, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns (lead generation, nurturing, promotional, and transactional).
• Use tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar for campaign execution.
• Develop targeted email lists, segment audiences, and personalize email content based on user behavior and lifecycle stages.
• Create A/B tests for subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates) and take data-driven decisions.
• Ensure all emails comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing laws.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure consistent branding and compelling CTAs.
• Create email automation workflows and drip campaigns using customer journeys.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor junior executives and provide guidance to the team as needed.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing (preferably in an agency or SaaS environment).
• Strong knowledge of email automation platforms and CRM tools.
• Excellent command over English communication – written and verbal.
• Good understanding of email deliverability, list management, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lead small teams or coordinate across departments.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
