This role is essential for driving attendee registrations, nurturing leads, and maximizing engagement for our global exhibitions. You will manage segmented email campaigns, maintain CRM accuracy, and execute high-impact WhatsApp broadcast campaigns tailored to key audiences. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing - Plan, write, and schedule targeted email campaigns for audience segments (traders, IBs, investors, exhibitors). - Build and manage automated workflows for registrations, reminders, and re-engagement. - A/B test email content, subject lines, and CTAs to optimize open and conversion rates. - Ensure email design is responsive, visually appealing, and compliant with GDPR and anti-spam regulations. CRM Management - Maintain and segment CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) by audience behavior and registration stage. - Coordinate data sync between CRM, registration platforms, and lead capture systems.
