Job Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Email, CRM & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to lead our targeted communication strategy.

This role is essential for driving attendee registrations, nurturing leads, and maximizing engagement for our global exhibitions.

You will manage segmented email campaigns, maintain CRM accuracy, and execute high-impact WhatsApp broadcast campaigns tailored to key audiences.


Key Responsibilities:


Email Marketing

- Plan, write, and schedule targeted email campaigns for audience segments (traders, IBs, investors, exhibitors).

- Build and manage automated workflows for registrations, reminders, and re-engagement.

- A/B test email content, subject lines, and CTAs to optimize open and conversion rates.

- Ensure email design is responsive, visually appealing, and compliant with GDPR and anti-spam regulations.


CRM Management

- Maintain and segment CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) by audience behavior and registration stage.

- Coordinate data sync between CRM, registration platforms, and lead capture systems.


Email, CRM & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

- Monitor engagement metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate) and use insights to refine outreach strategies.

- Support sales and operations teams with tailored CRM campaigns and lead tracking.


WhatsApp Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns via platforms like Twilio, Interakt, WATI, or Zoko.

- Segment recipient lists (IBs, VIPs, speakers, exhibitors) and tailor content for high engagement.

- Create clear, action-driven WhatsApp messages for reminders, QR codes, confirmations, and announcements.

- Track delivery and response rates to improve campaign timing and content.

- Coordinate closely with operations to address real-time questions or last-minute updates via WhatsApp.


Cross-Functional Support

- Work with designers and content writers to develop creative assets for campaigns.

- Collaborate with sales on exhibitor/sponsor communication and database outreach.

- Assist with post-show nurturing campaigns and feedback collection.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience with email marketing and CRM management.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Zoho.

- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API platforms (WATI, Twilio, Interakt) is a strong advantage.

- Good understanding of email and messaging KPIs and how to improve them.

- Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.

- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
