Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in Automated Mobile Robots (AMR) and Battery Operated Pallet Trucks (BOPT). The role requires a deep understanding of electrical and electronic systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic components in Material Handling Equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in PLCs, motor controllers, sensors, wiring, and battery management systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Open to On site visits and electrical troubleshooting of MHE machines.
  • Experience in making electrical harnesses and circuits.
  • Expertise in creating electrical circuits for new products and prototypes.
  • Hands on experience in circuit testing on electrical system benches.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems in industrial automation, material handling, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, motor controllers, and battery-operated equipment.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking and communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years Experience preferred in material handling, warehouse automation, or logistics industries.
  • Knowledge of Li-ion battery systems and charging technologies.
  • Experience in making electrical harnesses and circuits.
  • Expertise in creating electrical circuits for new products and prototypes.
  • Hands on experience in circuit testing on electrical system benches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
