• Preferred Sector: Aluminium / Steel / Heavy Industrial Plant operations

Description:

We are seeking experienced and committed Electrical Engineers for the E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Department to join our team for the Hindalco Smelter site operations. The candidate must have sound technical knowledge and experience in high-voltage systems, industrial electrical maintenance, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of electrical systems (HT/LT Panels, Motors, Drives, Transformers, etc.)
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical equipment issues
• Ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime
• Adherence to safety standards and electrical statutory compliance
• Working knowledge of VFDs, motor control centres, and PLC-based systems preferred
• Daily reporting and coordination with site leadership
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical knowledge of plant electrical systems
• Hands-on experience in HT/LT systems and industrial power distribution
• Proficiency in preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Willingness to work in a high-performance and safety-critical environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
