Role & responsibilities • EHS Legal Compliance. • Fire and Safety, ISO (14001 & 45001) standard. • Guide, Line management for the Implementation of DuPont safety • Guidelines Including Job safety analysis, work permit system, hot work, confined space entry, Lockout tag out, nitrogen safety, work at height, electrical safety. • Chemical hazard determination and communication, PPEs, Laboratory safety, safety behaviour observations, Road safety. • Conduct Hazardous Area Classification Study. • operation and maintenance of ETP/STP, filter press., aeration-based system etc. • Work on Environment & social governance, Hazardous waste management, disposal and co processing. Prepare & maintain water balance. • Guide ETP chemist to conduct various laboratory test like COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, MLSS, MLVSS, DO etc. Maintain F/M Ratio, CNP Ratio for aeration system tor effective working of ETP/STP. • Handling and storage of Sludge and coordination with pre-processing disposal sites its proper disposal and use. • Timely conduct ambient, stack air monitoring water testing by NABL approved third party • Ensure proper disposal and disposal of biomedical waste to CBMWTF Preferred candidate profile: Experience Required:- 10 to 15 Years. Role & responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a national EHS strategy aligned with organizational goals. Lead EHS audits, risk assessments, and compliance programs across all locations. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate safety into business planning and operations. Operational Oversight Monitor and enforce compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards. Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Manage emergency preparedness plans including fire safety, evacuation drills, and disaster recovery protocols. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor regional EHS officers and site safety managers. Liaise with government bodies, clients, and vendors on EHS matters. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees and contractors. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance reports. Present monthly dashboards to executive leadership on EHS KPIs. Ensure timely submission of statutory reports to regulatory authorities. Preferred candidate profile Industry Exposure: IT, Data Centers, System Integration, or Infrastructure Projects. Certifications: NEBOSH International General Certificate, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) , Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Technical Skills: Risk assessment, incident investigation, EHS software tools, audit protocols
