Roles & Responsibilities: β Counsell potential Students over a call to inform them about a product and help them in making better career decisions. β Answer questions about our products or the company. β Sale as per requirement from the students. β Maintain Sales Report and update in the CRM from time to time. β Take and process orders in an accurate manner β Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. β Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Skills & Requirements: β 1- 2 years of work experience in Ed-Tech Sales/ Business Development Associate/Academic Counsellor. β Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. β Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, and close a deal. β Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills. β Customer-Centric Approach. β Positive attitude and Willingness to learn and excel.
