Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce specialist. The E-commerce tech person will be responsible for managing and optimizing the e-commerce platform, driving sales, enhancing the user experience, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns. While digital marketing is handled by another team, other technical aspects for seamless fulfillments need to be monitored while also handling customer calls and dispatch. The E-commerce specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data, developing strategies to improve performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. This role is located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Should be technically strong to handle softwares such as shopify , whatsapp marketing tools, warehouse softwares, marketing automations
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in sales and e-commerce
• Marketing and warehouse expertise
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of driving growth in an e-commerce environment and mangung inventory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
