We are hiring an E-commerce Specialist to manage our Amazon and Shopify operations. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Excel, listing optimization, and order flow management. You’ll coordinate with internal teams to keep listings updated, ensure stock availability, run basic reports, and help grow sales across platforms. Responsibilities: Create & manage product listings Monitor inventory, FBA shipments, and returns Track BSR, keyword rankings, and ad performance Update Shopify store collections and discount offers Generate reports using Excel, Helium10, or other tools Coordinate with design, ads, and logistics teams Skills Required: Advanced MS Excel E-commerce Dashboard Experience Amazon & Shopify knowledge Basic understanding of ads and keyword performance Attention to detail & ownership mindset
