We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ecommerce company. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and overall ecommerce system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, supply chain processes, and customer service operations. You should be able to take complete ownership of the operations process. Key Responsibilities: Order & Fulfillment Operations - Manage end-to-end order processing workflows, including payment verification, packing, shipping, and returns. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Monitor SLAs and optimize fulfillment speed and accuracy. Inventory Management- Maintain optimal inventory levels across platforms and warehouses. Forecast demand and work with procurement to replenish stock. Minimize out-of-stock and overstock issues through data-driven decisions. Platform & Systems Management - Oversee ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) for product listing accuracy, pricing, and promotions. Coordinate with tech teams to ensure platform stability, speed, and performance. Manage third-party integrations (ERP, WMS, shipping APIs, etc.). Customer Service Operations - Develop and enforce customer service SOPs to ensure high satisfaction and quick resolution of issues. Monitor tickets, chats, and reviews to identify common pain points. Support the team in handling escalations and high-priority queries. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track key metrics: order volume, returns rate, fulfillment time, customer satisfaction scores, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements. Run audits on operational workflows for efficiency and cost savings. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Manage and support ecommerce operations staff, including customer service, logistics coordinators, and inventory personnel. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and finance to align ecommerce goals with business objectives.

We are looking for a WordPress/WooCommerce Website Developer with strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to help build and customize our WooCommerce-based website. You will be working directly on theme design, user interface development, and front-end interactions using general CSS frameworks like PureCSS and component libraries such as Shoelace/Webawesome. This is not a React or Vue.js specific role—we need developers who are comfortable with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JS and can build flexible, framework-agnostic frontends. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive front-end layouts using HTML, CSS (PureCSS or similar), and JavaScript. Knowledge of jQuery is preferred. Use components library to enhance user interface elements. Customize WooCommerce themes and templates to match design specifications. Integrate front-end components seamlessly with WooCommerce backend logic. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for mobile responsiveness. Work collaboratively with the design team to convert UI/UX designs into clean code. Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. Experience with general CSS frameworks (e.g., PureCSS, Tailwind optional but not required). Familiarity with Shoelace/Webawesome or similar web component libraries. Good understanding of WooCommerce and WordPress theme structure. Ability to work without heavy JavaScript frameworks (no reliance on React, Angular, etc.). Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Understanding of web performance best practices. Experience with PHP (for minor WooCommerce template adjustments). Knowledge of WordPress hooks, filters, and actions. Basic understanding of SEO best practices for front-end development. What We’re Not Looking For: Developers who only work with one front-end framework (like React, Vue, etc.) and are not comfortable with plain HTML/CSS/JS.
