GW Sports App is a dynamic sports venue booking app helping individuals and corporates in Hyderabad access and enjoy sports facilities, we have added sports merchandsing section too. We aim to foster a vibrant sports community by connecting users with diverse venues and providing them the genuine and best quality sports merchandise at their door step. We're looking for a highly motivated and organized E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our product offerings, managing our online store, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities: Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for sports jerseys, custom jersey manufacturers, and sports equipment wholesalers, specifically focusing on drop-shipping partnerships. Product Management: List new products on our e-commerce platform with accurate descriptions, compelling imagery, and competitive pricing. Implement and maintain SEO best practices for all product listings to maximize visibility and organic traffic. Ensure all product information adheres to our quality standards and brand guidelines. Order Management & Logistics: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order confirmation to delivery. Manage packaging and shipping logistics, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of all orders. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support via email and WhatsApp, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Be available for phone support when required. Content & Community Engagement: Proactively seek and collect user reviews, images, and videos of products. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage user-generated content for social media and other promotional activities. Qualifications: Proven experience or 1-3 year in an e-commerce role, preferably with exposure to drop shipping. Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for sports is a plus!
