About the Role: As an E-commerce Brand Manager, you’ll be handling everything, content, marketing, sales, and growth. Think of this as a crash course in entrepreneurship with real responsibilities and real rewards. What You’ll Do: Create and post reels/content across Instagram, YouTube, etc. Plan and execute marketing strategies (we’ll teach you). Run basic paid ad campaigns (we’ll guide you). Work on growth plans, influencer outreach, and new product launches. Track performance and find ways to increase traffic, engagement, and sales. You’re a Fit If You: Are a fresher but eager to learn and grow fast. Love content creation and are comfortable shooting/editing videos (even on a phone). Have a strong interest in e-commerce, branding, or digital marketing. Are not afraid to take ownership, make mistakes, and figure things out.
