E-commerce Operations Manager

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager who can set up and maintain smooth day-to-day operations to support the business. The ideal candidate should be good at multitasking and working with different teams. Previous experience in e-commerce operations is a must.

E-commerce Operations Manager – Responsibilities

• Manage the entire dispatch process including making labels, booking couriers, and ensuring delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors to make sure all orders are dispatched on time.
• Keep track of inventory and plan restocking of SKUs when needed.
• Solve daily operational problems as they come up.
• Handle courier-related issues like wrong weight, missed pickups, or problems with returned products.
• Buy packaging materials and place repeat orders when stock is low.
• Help with hiring and managing warehouse labour.
• Talk to suppliers and follow up on timelines, especially for repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across different teams
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day e-commerce logistics and dispatches
