We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and growth-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead our digital sales strategy across online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our D2C website. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in online marketplace management, performance marketing, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Marketplace Management:

  • Own and manage accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, images, A+ content, bullet points, backend keywords).
  • Manage platform ads (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Listings, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Drive performance through deals, discounts, and participation in platform campaigns (e.g., Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days).

2. D2C Website Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand website (Shopify or similar).
  • Work with the digital marketing team for SEO, SEM, email, and influencer campaigns.
  • Optimize customer experience, reduce bounce rates, and improve conversion funnel.

3. Sales & Strategy:

  • Forecast and track monthly online sales performance.
  • Coordinate pricing, stock planning, and offer strategy across platforms.
  • Identify new channels for product distribution and growth opportunities.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Product, and Marketing teams to align online strategy with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for campaign assets and promotional materials.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor key KPIs: traffic, conversions, RoAS, CAC, customer LTV, etc.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, CRM) to drive data-led decisions.
  • Present monthly performance reviews and insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in D2C brand.
  • Proven track record of managing Amazon/Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, seller accounts and running successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and advertising dashboards.
  • Excellent understanding of customer behavior in the online market space.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple channels simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • E-Commerce: 3 years (Preferred)
