Job Title: eCommerce Operations Executive Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order and inventory operations. This is an in-office role based in Kondapur, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, handling physical products, and coordinating routine processes to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:Print online orders and shipping labels daily Track and update inventory across platforms Scan and process returns from customers Coordinate with logistics partners as needed Perform order and return reconciliation regularly Maintain daily reports and records in Excel or other tools Assist in general operational tasks to support order fulfillment Requirements:Good computer skills (especially Excel and basic browsing) Understanding of basic Hindi (verbal) Reliable and punctual, willing to work from office every day Prior experience in eCommerce operations is a plus Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience
