We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead our Quick Commerce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, driving sales growth, maintaining product hygiene and fill rate, and acting as a key bridge between the warehouse and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Platform Management:

Manage operations on platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto.
Ensure timely onboarding and visibility of SKUs.
Optimize product listings for fast-moving inventory and consumer behavior trends.

2. Fill Rate & Stock Management:

Monitor and maintain high fill rates across all Q-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams for real-time stock updates.
Prevent out-of-stock issues by proactively managing replenishment cycles.

3. Product Hygiene:

Maintain listing hygiene with accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
Ensure compliance with platform-specific listing standards.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely dispatch and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement platform-specific pricing and offers.

5. Performance Monitoring:

Analyze platform-wise sales trends and identify growth gaps.
Track quick commerce KPIs and share regular reports with internal stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
