Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Key Account Manager, located in Jaipur. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing business planning, handling key accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, analyzing data to drive account performance, creating business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.
