Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Gen AI Architect with deep expertise in AWS Bedrock Agents and RAG chatbots to lead our AI development team in India. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture Architect and implement AWS Bedrock Agent-based solutions, including agent orchestration, multi-turn interactions, and secure enterprise integration. Design and build RAG chatbots leveraging AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and vector stores for high-quality, contextual responses. Hands-on Development Develop production-ready Gen AI solutions, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, retrieval pipelines, and LLM-based generative components. Implement AWS-native solutions integrating Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and related services. Classic ML Expertise Design and deploy classic ML models using AWS SageMaker. Build and manage ML pipelines with proper data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Technical Leadership Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, driving technical excellence in Gen AI and ML delivery. Define and enforce MLOps, CI/CD, and model governance frameworks for secure and scalable deployments. Client Engagement Collaborate with US and global clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures and actionable plans. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI. Proven expertise in AWS Bedrock Agents—designing and deploying production-grade agent-based solutions. Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, LangChain, and retrieval pipelines. Strong background in classic ML.
