We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, with the ability to produce accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans based on specifications and input from engineers, architects, or project managers. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a thorough understanding of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and/or other drafting software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to understand project requirements
• Modify and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback or design changes
• Ensure drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and company standards
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files
• Perform field/site visits when necessary to collect measurements and verify specifications
• Assist in preparing bill of quantities, material take-offs, and other technical documents
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and drafting techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years preferred) as a Draftsman in [relevant field: architectural, civil, mechanical, etc.]
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other relevant CAD software
• Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards and construction methods
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and transform it into drawings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
