Company Description Ao is an internationally recognised landscape architectural practice based in the New Zealand and India. Established by Director Brendon Chamberlain in 2007 Ao has successfully designed and delivered a number of regionally and internationally significant landscape proposals. Brendon is originally from New Zealand and has over 20 years’ experience in the Middle East, Australasia and Asia. Brendon has been joined by Directors Sumit Lapalikar and Ramakanth Kunderapu who both have extensive experience conceptualising and completing projects across the Asia region. The Ao team comprises of Landscape Architects, Architects, Urban Designers and 3D visualisers. Ao’s primary mission statement is to provide leading, considered and design driven landscape services. As a specialist landscape architectural studio Ao has a strong focus on leading edge, design driven and sustainable landscape proposals. A number of Ao projects are public open spaces within culturally and environmentally sensitive environments; these cultural, historical and environmental influences are researched, understood and applied to create informed and appropriate landscape proposals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Drafter at Ao Design Company located in Pune. The Drafter will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. They will also collaborate with the design team to produce detailed and accurate drawings for construction projects. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software Understanding of technical drawing principles Ability to interpret architectural and engineering designs Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting Strong communication and teamwork skills Associate's degree in drafting or related field
