Job Description Role overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Matriomonial Telesales to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing information about our services. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads. Introduce and explain our matrimonial services to clients. Understand client needs and preferences to provide suitable matches. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback in our database. Follow up with clients and respond to inquiries promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement strategies for lead generation. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and rejections positively. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada languages and English is a plus. ⁠Skill: Fluent in Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada or Hindi.
