Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Experience: 0-3 Years Location: Madhapur. Hyderabad Work type: Onsite Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles across various technologies within the Indian market. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill organizational hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for IT positions through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.), social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create clear, compelling job descriptions. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and technical panels. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and manage pre-boarding processes. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay updated with current trends in the domestic IT job market and key technologies. Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure timely closure of open positions. Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets and reporting metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment. Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and skill requirements (Java, .NET, Python, Testing, SAP, Cloud, etc.). Proficient in using job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS or recruitment CRM is a plus.
