The main responsibilities of this role include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, then translating them into Pega system requirements. You will be responsible for preparing user stories, business process models, and other functional documentation. In an Agile environment, you will participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings. Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, you will ensure that the delivered solution meets the business needs. You will also conduct GAP analysis, impact assessments, and root cause analysis. Supporting the Pega development team, you will clarify requirements, validate solutions, and coordinate UAT. Additionally, you will assist in creating test cases, validating defects, and ensuring proper testing coverage. You will contribute to release planning and change management activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 1-2 years working on Pega implementations.
