About the Role:

Gowdon Incharge & Documentation Executive

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of on-site operations, wants to grow in the industrial project field, and values coordination, responsibility, and career stability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage daily stock updates at the site gowdon (store)
• Maintain both physical ledgers and Excel sheets for stock movements
• Handle gate pass preparation for inward/outward materials
• Communicate and send daily updates on work status, stock usage, and documentation to the

  head office

• Coordinate with site supervisors, safety officers, and admin staff for proper documentation
• Keep the gowdon well-organized and ensure smooth flow of materials to the site

8:30 AM – 6:00

Accommodation will mostly be provided

:

₹3,00,000 to ₹3,60,000 per annum

(₹25,000 to ₹30,000/month – based on experience)

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 1 year experience in storekeeping/documentation (freshers with interest may apply too)Basic knowledge of Excel and physical registersBackground in industrial projects or BHEL-related work is a bon us Diploma or graduate in any streamWilling to work full-time at Kudankulam site and be part of a growing team
