Role Overview: We are looking for a Document Controller to manage and organize project documentation at our Pondicherry site. The ideal candidate will ensure all documents are properly maintained, up-to-date and easily accessible to the project and site teams. Key Responsibilities: Handle the receipt, tracking, and distribution of all project-related documents. Maintain document accuracy, version control and proper filing systems. Coordinate with engineers, site teams and vendors for documentation needs. Support quality and compliance checks with required documentation. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive project information. Requirements: Good organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and document management tools. Ability to work independently and with attention to detail. Familiarity with construction or infrastructure documentation is a plus.
