ob Title: ICU In-Charge Doctor / Intensivist Location: Aarush Multispeciality Hospital Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ years (preferred in critical care) Qualification: MBBS + MD/DNB (Anesthesiology / Internal Medicine / Pulmonary Medicine) or Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine Job Description:Aarush Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU In-Charge Doctor (Intensivist) to lead and manage our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall functioning of the ICU, providing high-quality critical care to patients, and leading a team of healthcare professionals in delivering round-the-clock care. Key Responsibilities:Oversee all clinical activities in the ICU Provide direct medical care to critically ill patients Manage ventilator and life-support systems Supervise junior doctors, nurses, and paramedics in the ICU Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans Ensure timely interventions and clinical decision-making Coordinate with other departments for multidisciplinary care Maintain proper documentation and medical records as per hospital and legal protocols Ensure infection control and ICU safety protocols are strictly followed Participate in clinical audits, training sessions, and case reviews Skills & Competencies:Strong clinical decision-making and emergency response skills Expertise in intubation, central line insertion, and other ICU procedures Ability to manage sepsis, ARDS, cardiac emergencies, and multi-organ failure Excellent communication and leadership abilities Empathetic, ethical, and patient-centered approach to care Preferred Qualifications:Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (IDCCM / IFCCM or equivalent) BLS / ACLS certification Prior experience managing a multidisciplinary ICU setup Remuneration:Attractive salary package based on experience + performance-based incentives To Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated CV to [aarushhospital2016@gmail.com] or contact [9819004013] for further information.
