Division Manager Needed Immediately (Reputed 57 Year Old Manufacturing Company)

Manufacturing & Engineering Industry (Metal)

3 to 8 Years of relevant experience or Dip (M.E.) / B.Tech (M.E.) with experience in manufacturing industry.

CTC: ₹ 4.5 - 7.5 Lacs P.A.

Location: Kolkata (Tollygunge/Mahabirtala)

Job Responsibilities:

a. Heading Production, MIS Reporting, Department Handling, Local Affairs, Liaising with Labour, Govt. Offices, Internal Staff/Managers.

b. Maintain, Monitor & Drive:

1. Daily Production.

2. Sales and Stock Report of Finished Goods.

3. Daily Consumption Report for Major Raw materials.

4. Daily Material Receipt Report.

5. Civil Work in Progress.

6. Daily Scrap Report.

7. Critical items list as per stores, as applicable.

8. MIS Report - Ageing of Collection, Utilization of Funds, Monthly Stock Statements & Inventory Funding Status.

9. Keeping Track of all Sales Data.

10. Manage Daily MIS Report for Production, Sales, Purchase & Consumption.

11. Manage Daily Operations, Quality, Employee Training, Contract Negotiations and Production Planning.

12. Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients.

13. Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations

14. All the Gate in and out Movement.

15. Developing annual targets, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans and comparing the same with monthly actual achievements.

16. Timely payment of Govt dues.

17. Maintaining Assets register, physical verification, coding of assets, discuss with management for discrepancy.

18. Monthly/quarterly/annual stock taking exercise, discuss with management for any discrepancy

19. Negotiating with Suppliers.

20. Monitoring & Tracking shipments.

21. Controlling clearing & forwarding expenses.

22. Controlling manpower expenses, overtime, etc.

23. Controlling of overhead expenses,

24. To ensure companies existing systems, policies & procedures are in place.

25. To protect the shareholders/company's interest.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
