The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for ensuring resilient operations and service continuity for business processes by developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Business Continuity (BC) (and Disaster Recovery (DR)) plans . The role involves business impact analysis (BIA), risk assessment, business disruption/crisis response coordination, and compliance management .
