Job Description

BE/BTech/MCA/MBA or an equivalent education
9 to 12 years of total overall experience with 3 + years of ServiceNow relevant development experience

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop complex Alteryx workflows for ETL processes, integrating data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Optimize workflows for performance and resource efficiency
Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and data pipelines
Conduct data reconciliation and troubleshoot discrepancies in financial or operational datasets
Support dashboard integration with tools like Tableau or Power BI
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in data engineering

Required Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Alteryx Designer
Strong SQL skills (joins, subqueries, performance tuning)
Experience with Python (pandas) or scripting tools like VBA, VBScript
Familiarity with Alteryx Server for scheduling and monitoring workflows
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices
