Technical Manager, Business Intelligence

Role Description:

Responsibilities

Drive the vision and strategy for Business Intelligence, promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers and analysts, fostering expertise in data visualization, reporting, and analytical best practices.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical applications that meet diverse business needs.
Ensure that insights are presented clearly, concisely, and compellingly to various audiences, enabling effective business action.
Work closely with pre-sales, sales, marketing, Data Engineering, Data Science, and other departments to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), define reporting requirements, and support data-driven initiatives.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within BI solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new BI tools, techniques, and platforms to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience.

: Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
