About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role demands a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and deep understanding of digital platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels Drive SEO/SEM efforts to enhance organic and paid visibility Create data-driven reports to analyze KPIs, campaign outcomes, and growth opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams Stay up-to-date with digital trends, algorithm updates, and best practices 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and Google Analytics (preferably GA4) Excellent communication Strategic mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
