Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to lead our performance marketing efforts at Kuruva Island Resort & Spa. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in a luxurious nature resort while driving high-impact campaigns that boost visibility and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute effective Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns targeting relevant audiences
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and lower cost-per-click
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Develop retargeting strategies and custom audience segments
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copy
• Monitor trends and platform updates to adapt strategies accordingly
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

Requirements:

• 3 plus years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, PPC strategies, and tracking
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools
• Ability to work independently with a goal-driven mindset
• Must be willing to stay & work at the resort
