Job description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy Development Develop and implement digital branding strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives. Define and maintain the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging across all digital channels. Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital branding initiatives with the company’s mission and values. 2. Content Creation and Management Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and website copy. Ensure all digital content is consistent with the brand’s identity and guidelines. Plan and manage content calendars to maintain a steady flow of brand-related communication. 3. Social Media Management Build and manage the brand’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Create campaigns that foster audience engagement and strengthen brand loyalty. Monitor social media trends and respond to audience feedback and inquiries. 4. Digital Campaigns and Advertising Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including display ads, sponsored posts, and influencer collaborations. Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Work with PPC and SEO specialists to drive traffic and conversions. 5. Analytics and Reporting Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to measure campaign performance. Provide detailed reports on KPIs, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and brand sentiment. Use data insights to refine branding strategies and improve ROI. 6. Reputation Management Monitor online mentions of the brand and address negative reviews or feedback promptly. Ensure a consistent and positive image of the brand is portrayed across all platforms. Collaborate with PR teams to handle crises and protect the brand’s reputation. Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to expand the brand’s reach. Work with internal teams and external agencies to create cohesive branding efforts. Partner with other brands for co-marketing campaigns when appropriate. 7. Staying Updated with Trends Stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new platforms and content formats to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
