We’re a fast-growing social media agency looking for a strong leader to manage daily operations and drive client growth.
This person will be the right hand to the founder, overseeing all work delivery, team coordination, and business development.
🔧 Your Role – You Will:
✅ Manage the end-to-end execution of social media services (reels, ads, posts)
✅ Coordinate content delivery with designers, editors & copywriters
✅ Manage existing client relationships & ensure satisfaction
✅ Build strong internal processes to ensure quality and timely output
✅ Drive new client acquisition through outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals
✅ Represent the agency to clients with confidence & professionalism
✅ Track performance, report progress to the founder, and improve continuously
🧠 You Should Have:
• 4+ years of experience in a social media / digital agency
• Strong understanding of Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, SEO basics
• Experience handling clients AND leading a team
• Excellent English & communication (spoken + written)
• A hustler’s mindset with business ownership thinking
• Prior experience in sales/outreach is a big plus
