Job Description:

TMS Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in performance marketing and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have agency background and a proven track record of managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with a minimum monthly ad spend of ₹10 lakhs, along with hands-on experience in Amazon & Flipkart marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Strategize and manage campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads for product visibility and sales growth.
• Drive lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms with clear ROI targets.
• Analyze data using Google Analytics, ad managers, and reporting tools to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to align digital strategy.
• Track budgets, ad spend, and performance KPIs on a daily and monthly basis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and ad technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Managed ad campaigns with minimum ₹10 lakh/month budget.
• Proven success with e-commerce platforms like Amazon & Flipkart.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Lead Generation Strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads and Meta Certifications.
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce CMS.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
