Position Overview We’re looking for a ‘Creative Designer for Digital platforms & Social Media who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals tailored for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, experience in creating scroll-stopping content for social media, blogs, and YouTube, and a passion for branding and storytelling. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all online touch points. Key Responsibilities · Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging visuals, graphics, and videos for social media, blogs, websites, and ads. · Develop scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube thumbnails , stories, and banners. · Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visual output with brand voice, campaigns, and messaging. · Use AI-based tools (e.g., Canva, Chat GPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Cap Cut, Adobe Firefly, Elevenlabs) to enhance content creation and speed. · Create infographics, animations, and short-form videos to communicate complex ideas effectively. · Stay current with social media trends, content formats, platform algorithms, and audience behaviours . · Optimize content for audience engagement and ad performance , including testing different creative formats and messages. · Maintain a consistent and recognizable visual identity across all digital channels . Qualifications & Skills · 3–5 years of proven experience in digital content creation, graphic design , or multimedia marketing . · Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, blog visuals, YouTube graphics, and ad creatives . · Proficiency in design and video tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Cap Cut, or Figma . · Exposure to and enthusiasm for AI-powered creative tools , with a willingness to experiment and adapt. · Solid understanding of content marketing principles, storytelling techniques , and audience engagement strategies. · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
