About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and energetic Digital Content Creator to help us tell our story across platforms. If you love turning real-life moments into engaging videos, reels, posts, and stories—and care deeply about purpose-driven work—this is your chance to make impact visible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content (reels, shorts, testimonials, explainer videos, training snippets)
• Create engaging visual content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and CareTube
• Collaborate with caregivers, clients, and trainers to capture real stories on the ground
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across platforms
• Keep up with trends in social media, content formats, and eldercare communication
• Work closely with the digital, marketing, and training teams

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social media storytelling
• Proficient in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
• Hands-on experience in videography, photography, and editing
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, audience engagement, and empathy-driven messaging
• Comfortable working in the field, visiting caregiving centers, homes, and training sites

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience creating content in regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, etc.)
• Worked on awareness campaigns, nonprofit storytelling, or training videos
• Interest in caregiving, health, education, or social change
