Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Dialysis Procedure:
• Prepare patients for dialysis by checking vital signs and reviewing medical history.
• Perform hemodialysis treatment as per the doctor’s prescription.
• Monitor patients during dialysis for any complications or changes in condition.
• Ensure post-dialysis care and assist patients with recovery.
• Machine Handling:
• Set up, operate, monitor, and disinfect dialysis machines before and after each session.
• Ensure proper functioning of all equipment, including RO (Reverse Osmosis) water system.
• Report any machine faults or maintenance issues promptly.
• Infection Control & Hygiene:
• Follow strict infection control protocols, including use of PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dialysis unit.
• Dispose of bio-medical waste as per hospital norms.
• Documentation:
• Record patient details, vitals, fluid removal, and medication during each session.
• Maintain treatment logs and submit reports to the nephrologist or supervisor.
• Emergency Handling:
• Recognize and respond to dialysis-related emergencies like hypotension, cramps, clotting, etc.
• Assist in basic life support procedures if needed.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with nursing staff, nephrologist, and other departments for patient care.
• Assist in scheduling patient sessions and maintaining discipline in the unit.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
• Diploma / Certificate in Dialysis Technician (recognized by Govt or medical board)
• 10+2 (Science stream preferred)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years in a dialysis unit (Freshers may be considered if certified)
• Skills Required:
• Sound knowledge of dialysis machines and procedures
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Good patient care attitude and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies calmly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
