Key Responsibilities

1. Identify & Pursue Opportunities in T&D, green energy evacuation, HVDC systems, and automation/SCADA projects.
2. Lead the end-to-end tendering process, from RFQ/RFP evaluation, bid/no-bid decisions to final submission.
3. Develop Competitive Bidding Strategies, balancing cost, risk, and compliance to maximize win probability.
4. Lead End-to-End Tender Management – from pre-bid evaluation, qualification, to timely submission of compliant and compelling proposals.
5. Engage with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities to understand project pipelines, requirements, and policy shifts.
6. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams including engineering, finance, legal, and execution to ensure technically and commercially sound bids.
7. Negotiate Contract Terms with clients and work on favorable clause modifications to minimize risk exposure.
8. Guide and Mentor the Tendering Team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and continuous capability development.
9. Track Competitor Strategies & Market Trends to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
10. Build Relationships with Funding Agencies and key government stakeholders to align with upcoming project opportunities.
11. Continuously Improve Tendering Processes through standardization, feedback integration, and adoption of digital tools.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Civil/Power Systems or related fields
• MBA or Master’s in Project Management/Business Development (preferred)
• 20–25 years in EPC Tendering & Proposals, with strong exposure to Transmission Line and renewable sectors
