Desktop Engineer

BIKE MANDATORY - FIELD WORK

• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Respond to user queries and service requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs at client locations.
• Maintain records of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors.
• Ensure timely updates, patches, and antivirus deployments.
• Assist in setting up new systems and migrating user data.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
