Design & Estimation Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Customer Technical Support

Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product features, specifications, and applications.
Participate in technical sales meetings to address customer queries and concerns.

• Pre-Sales Activities

Conduct pre-sales site visits to assess project requirements, site conditions, and potential challenges.
Assist in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

• Team Support and Collaboration

Provide guidance and support to junior engineers in understanding project design requirements and technical aspects.
Collaborate with junior engineers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.Assist in reviewing and analyzing project scope changes and their impact on costs.

• Sales Support

Assist senior sales staff in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
Support marketing efforts for pre-bid, post-bid, or negotiation meetings.

• Project Design and Estimation

Design various commercial, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects.
Conduct heat load calculations and prepare detailed BOQ based on drawings and client requirements.Estimate project costs and participate in tendering processes

• Vendor Management and Negotiation

Maintain good vendor relationships for technical and commercial issues.
Negotiate with vendors on all commercial and technical aspects to ensure competitive pricing and meeting bottom lines.

• Technical Expertise and Continuous Learning

Stay updated on MEP Engineering trends and technologies through continuous learning.
Coordinate with consultants and clients to address technical issues and clarifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
