Role & responsibilities Develop and review process design documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, HMBs, process datasheets, and process philosophies. Perform steady-state and dynamic simulations using tools like Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Pro-II, etc. Prepare process calculations for line sizing, equipment sizing, PSV sizing, etc. Support development of control philosophies and cause & effect diagrams. Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and design review workshops. Interface with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Civil, etc.). Coordinate with clients, licensors, and vendors for process inputs and technical clarifications. Provide technical support during procurement and construction phases. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards (API, ASME, ISO), and LTHE's quality procedures.
