Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹27,000 per month (depending on experience and interview)

Job Summary: The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing new agricultural machinery and improving existing products. A key requirement for this role is proficiency in 2D and 3D design, with specific knowledge of nesting techniques, using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new components and assemblies for Agri Food Processing Machinery using 2D and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Apply 2D and 3D nesting knowledge to optimize material utilization and reduce waste in manufacturing processes.
• Perform design calculations and simulations to ensure product functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the production and service teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and serviceable.
• Conduct research on new technologies and materials to incorporate into designs.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
• Make modifications and improvements to existing designs based on performance feedback and market requirements.
• Maintain accurate design records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in 2D and 3D nesting techniques for material optimization.
• Experience in designing machinery, preferably agricultural or food processing equipment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be a male candidate from Ambala.
