Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Design Architect to join our Kerala team, based in Pala, Kottayam. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing architectural designs from concept to execution across various building types, and will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop architectural design concepts and detailed drawings.
• Create presentation materials, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Kerala building codes and local regulations.
• Deliver sustainable, functional, and aesthetically appealing designs.
• Conduct site visits and provide support during project execution stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience (preferably with a consultancy).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design software.
• Knowledge of Kerala-specific construction norms and authority processes.
• Strong communication, team coordination, and design presentation skills.
• Availability to join within 0 – 1 month.
