Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Project Manager located in Lucknow. The Deputy Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and overseeing logistical operations. The role also involves expediting procurement processes and conducting project inspections to ensure quality control and timely completion.

• Project Management and Expeditor skills
• Experience in Expediting and Inspection processes
• Logistics Management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate development or construction in High-Rise buildings industry is a plus.
