Deputy Manager/ Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

📌 *Position:* Team – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

📍 *Location:* Mumbai

📅 *Experience:* 4–5 years in CSR (preferably in Education & Skill Development)

*🔹 Key Responsibilities:*

- Design & implement CSR programs focused on education & skill-building

- Engage with NGOs, community partners & key stakeholders

- Promote internal employee volunteering & engagement initiatives

- Manage CSR budgets & ensure effective fund utilization

- Coordinate with branding teams for content, updates & visibility

- Represent the company in CSR events, forums & conventions

*🔸 Requirements:*

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or relevant field

- Proven experience managing CSR initiatives

- Strong project execution & relationship-building skills
