Requirements

• 2+ years store management experience
• 1+ years of team handling experience
• Understanding of Electronic products.
• Excellent communication skill along with good
• Knowledge of client handling and interaction.
• Customer-centric with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of Excel

• Achieve target set for the store on a monthly basis.
• Monitoring and tracking daily store functioning related finance, staff, ambience, clients and products.
• Sending daily sales reports and staff reports.
• Card and card transaction tally and cash pick up daily.
• Maintain store petty cash.
• Responsible for maintaining excellent service quality and handling client complaints.
• Staff rostering for the store and leave application management.
• Maintain hygiene and upkeep of the store.
• Run campaigns and promo successfully at store level.
• Inventory management related to stock levels and unsellable stock
• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Oversee stock and store operations
• Introduce different strategies for Cross-sell and Outdoor Business
