📢 We’re Hiring: Dealer Network Development Manager – Solar Kits (B2B)

📍Location:



🛠️ Role Overview:

B2B distribution of solar kits


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new dealers/distributors for solar kit sales
  • Develop and execute a region-wise channel expansion strategy
  • Train dealer partners on product knowledge, pricing, and sales processes
  • Manage B2B relationships to ensure strong order flow and loyalty
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor tracking & territory performance reviews
  • Work with internal teams to streamline delivery, support, and payments


✅ You Should Have:

  • 3–7 years of channel sales/dealer management experience
  • Strong background in B2B product distribution (preferably electricals, FMCG, agri-equipment, or solar)
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region
  • Understanding of solar or technical products is a bonus
