The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium, as well as mentoring junior team members and ensuring the overall quality of our software products. Roles and Responsibilities: Test Planning and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and define test strategies. Test Automation: Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other automation tools. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior test engineers in test automation best practices, scripting, and framework design. Skillset Expectations: 7-10 years of Quality Assurance and testing experience in a web development environment. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation. Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and other test automation tools. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo). Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) for test script development.
