Designation - Database Engineer Work Days & Timing - 5 Days working & 10:00am to 6:00pm Experience 6months - 1year JD Must Have Experience in JAVA & SQL Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL/MySQL queries to support helpdesk operations Monitor and maintain database performance, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime Assist the helpdesk team with technical queries related to the Core Banking System (CBS) Analyze and debug issues in CBS to support seamless operations Handle client inquiries related to CBS, ensuring timely and professional responses Understand client requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions Work closely with IT, Development, and Helpdesk teams to coordinate resolution efforts Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders when required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
